The Circus is in Town

My mom took me to this kooky little neighborhood circus that arrived about a week ago on a small weedy lot a few blocks from our house. I've never been to a circus before so I didn't really notice how small and kooky it was, but I did notice that the same four people did everything. The guy who sold us the tickets and the woman who sold us the popcorn ended up being the stars of the show--their two kids did the rest. Oh and their menagerie of farm animals. What I especially loved: the popcorn, the dove routine, and the llama.
