In Dusseldorf at my parents favorite Japanese noodle restaurant, Naniwa. (www.naniwa.de) There is always a huge line out the door. Although Naniwa was one of their habitual dining spots when they lived in Dusseldorf, it was my first noodle experience. I worked it for all it was worth.
