I know I haven't been around THAT long but I can say that so far the most baby-crazy country I've been to is Turkey. Everyone wanted a piece of me, from the security guard to the waiters. Going through security at the airport, my parents could barely manage to get me back from whomever was holding on to me.
There were some major perks to all this attention. Thanks to me we got some serious first class treatment. I even got us upgraded to business class on our flight back to Istanbul.
